Welcome, out-of-town guests! We're thrilled you'll be joining us in Fort Collins for our wedding. Here's some information to help you plan your trip:

Getting to Fort Collins:

Fly into: Denver International Airport (DEN) is the nearest major airport, located about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Fort Collins.

Transportation options:

Car rental: Renting a car is recommended for exploring Fort Collins and the surrounding area, getting to/from the airport, and getting to/from wedding venue. Major car rental companies operate at the airport. You can also try Turo for an alternative option. Turo is like Airbnb, but for car rentals. Be sure to book in advance during peak season!

Shuttles: Groome Transportation offers shared shuttles to/from the airport to Fort Collins. We've heard mixed reviews on people's experiences.

We do have Lyft and Uber here, but they aren't as reliable and can sometimes be difficult due to availability.

Places to Stay:

We have two hotel blocks at the Elizabeth Hotel and Hilton Hotel (info below). The Elizabeth Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Fort Collins, while the Hilton is located near Colorado State University - just a 5 minute drive to downtown. Both hotels are 10-15 minutes away from the wedding venue.

Airbnb is also a good option! Be sure to book in advance because it's peak season. Fort Collins is pretty small, so just about any place you book in the city won't be too far from downtown or the venue.
